Pho Soup

Our hearty Vietnamese rice noodle soup in a flavorful beef bone broth. All phō is served with a side of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno, lime, hoisin sauce and sriracha spicy sauce. Finished with onions, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno and black peppers. Pho is gluten free if hoisin sauce is not used. Caution: pho' is served at a very hot temperature!

Wheat paper wrapped around jicama, carrots and caramelized onions and fried until crisp

Toasted baguette layered with cucumber, cilantro, scallions, pickled carrots and radishes

Rice paper wrapped around lettuce, small rice noodles, sautéed curried tofu, mushrooms, and onions. Finished with basil, and chopped peanuts. Served with vegetarian sauce

Bun Vermicelli

Vietnamese style rice vermicelli (noodles) served over a bed of lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, mint and basil. Finished with chopped peanuts, sautéed scallions and shredded carrots (served at room temperature)
