Pho Soup

Our hearty Vietnamese rice noodle soup in a flavorful beef bone broth. All phō is served with a side of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno, lime, hoisin sauce and sriracha spicy sauce. Finished with onions, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno and black peppers. Pho is gluten free if hoisin sauce is not used. Caution: pho' is served at a very hot temperature!

Spicy Lemongrass Beef Noodle Soup

Bun' vermicelli (rice noodle) in a spicy lemongrass beef bone broth infused with shrimp paste. All spicy lemongrass soup is served with a side of beansprouts, basil, lime and jalapeno. Finished with onions, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno and mint. Add the following for an extra charge

Yellow egg noodles in a house-made savory chicken broth, garnished with scallions, cilantro, chopped jalapeno, black pepper, fried shallots and pickled jalapeno

Autumn Rolls (2 Rolls Per Order)

Rice paper wrapped around lettuce, small rice noodles, sautéed curried tofu, mushrooms, and onions. Finished with basil, and chopped peanuts. Served with vegetarian sauce

Wheat paper wrapped around jicama, carrots and caramelized onions and fried until crisp
